Turkish Airlines North America journey first started on August 21, 1988. At that time, there was only one destination flying to New York and it was  stopver in Brussels  and this continued until 1994. Turkish Airlines purchased Airbus A340s in 1994, and Turkish Airlines started direct flights from Istanbul to New York.

             Turkish Airlines has accomplished great things by opening 12 new destinations in North America in the last 15 years and has become competitive with other flag carriers and has established itself in North America and the American people.

            And now Turkish Airlines has launched its co-brand credit card in America this year 2024. The credit card name is IMPRINT and issued by First Electronic Bank. You can apply for this credit card by going to the miles and smiles section.

            In North America, there are 4 other credit cards besides IMPRINT that you can transfer points to the Turkish Airlines Miles and Smiles program.
